Before I get into the gist of all this, I have been seeing other dentists who have totally botched diagnoses of certain aspects of my dental care. I was referred to Dr. Robinson‘s office by a patient of his that my wife knew. I learned to trust recommendations like this and this particular one was no different.I know you can be skittish about having a deep cleaning. I certainly was because I’ve never had one before.After my first visit, which was a general examination and consultation by the doctor, I felt at ease knowing that certain aspects other dentists told me about my teeth were unfounded.Doctor Robinson spent quite some time with my wife and I explaining what I needed to know.The day of the cleaning came. An exceptional technician by the name of Mary first made me feel at ease, and then explained everything that would be taking place.Instead of using The typical injection of Novacaine she used a deadening agent. That worked extremely well. My appointment was for the upper, but I was pleasantly surprised when she did that and the lower. I am extremely pleased with Dr. Robinson and his staff, and highly recommend his office. As a matter of fact, I’m not going to seek a regular dentist unless other type of work is required. Dr. Robinson‘s office can also do the routine cleaning that I need.

Highly recommend! Great experience! The staff is so much fun and so friendly! My cleaning today was great. My hygienist was wonderful, I felt like she was my best friend and I known her forever. Going to the dentist is probably not anyone’s favorite activity but the staff here are so nice to work with that you won’t dread having to go in. They explain things ahead of time and encourage you to ask questions. I never feel rushed or that I am just a number here. The service and attention is personal. It’s nice to know that if I have an issue they are available and will respond. If you are in need of periodontal services I believe you would be happy here.

Highly recommend Dr. Robinson and the ENTIRE staff for any periodontal / oral work you need done! I needed a 4 tooth gum graft and was nervous about the whole experience and put it off way too long! Wonderful atmosphere and great staff. To my chagrin I arrived 8 minutes late but the staff was understanding and immediately I was seen by a lovely hygienist. She did a wonderful job with X-rays and cleaning my teeth. My hygienist and Dr. Robinson consulted with me on my dental condition and made me feel comfortable and explained everything in layman's term. It was a very good and productive visit. I am over 60 and have suffered for at least a decade with oral pain. After several dentists, periodontists, treatment plans and procedures, Dr. Robinson saw my problem in the first visit. He corrected a physical defect that nobody before had even mentioned. He had my bacteria sent out for DNA identification and gave me the specific antibiotic needed for my mouth. A deep cleaning and easy self care regimen and I am finally pain free. I feel my time and money were very well spent. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Robinson and his whole staff.
